Terms
Buyer coverage begins on the 366th day after closing and continues for the term selected and stated on your warranty.
Service Fee:
A $55 deductible is payable on each authorized repair performed on the items covered under this agreement unless your contract is a RepairCare Total Choice Warranty which has a $0 deductible on all authorized repairs on covered items under this agreement.
Covered Systems:
This agreement only covers those systems or appliances which are specifically stated as covered and are built-in or included with purchase of the home. Systems or appliances not included in the purchase are excluded from coverage. Coverage for homeowner supplied refrigerator, clothes washer and dryer is available if the optional coverage is selected.
Limit of Liability:
The Maximum Liability of the company for all claims made under this contract is $10,000.
This service contract is intended to provide, at a reasonable cost, protection against breakdown of certain appliances and mechanical systems in your home. The contract does not cover everything in your home. Furthermore, the service contract does not necessarily cover the entire cost of the repair for example, you are required to pay a service fee for each authorized repair. This Contract is also not intended to replace normal maintenance, unless selected, and minor repair responsibility. In the Contract we describe precisely what is covered and what is not covered, and exactly what you need to do to make a claim when a covered item breakdown occurs.
